Does Kirobo have a part in the release of funds?

Kirobo servers receive the transaction in encrypted form and cannot open it themselves without the password you created.

Kirobo does not hold the password, but holds a secret code that knows how to open the hash of the transaction encryption. If given the correct password, Kirobo can only verify that the password you entered indeed matches the “secret” stored on the servers, but it does not know the password at any stage.

One should note that cancellation of the transaction is not dependent on anything except a user-initiated action and this can only be done using the wallet from which the original transaction was created.
